Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Commissioner, Corporation of Chennai vide his proceedings No.Ka.Thu.Na.Ka. No.E6/18152/97 dated 29.09.1999 and confirmed by the Principal Secretary to Government, School Education (S2) department vide his proceedings in G.O.(d).No.125 dated 05.04.2012 and quash them as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable being violative of rules and principles of Natural Justice and thereby direct the respondents herein to sanction all monetary and service benefits from 29.09.1999 till 31.01.2004, the date of attaining the age of superannuation and other pensionary benefits from 31.01.2004.
