ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file the final report in Crime No.488 of 2018, dated 07.09.2018 pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent Police have registered a case in the above said crime number on 07.09.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report is yet to be numbered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to number the Final Report which has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate II, Kanchipuram, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the Court below is directed to proceed further and complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
