Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent's proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.12799/04/A2 dated 03.12.2004 quash the same and direct the respondent to forthwith release the Lorry bearing Registration No. TN-31U-0537 together with the mineral.
