ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed for earlier disposal of R.E.P.No.40 of 2018 in O.S.No.232 of 2004 pending on the file of the District Court, Namakkal.

2. A perusal of the eCourt's status would indicate that R.E.A.No.1 of 2019 is pending disposal.

3. When the matter came up on 17.02.2022, this Court had asked the learned counsel as to the nature of the application in R.E.A.No.1 of 2019. The learned counsel has today produced the affidavit, petition and the eCourt's status relating to R.E.A.No.1 of 2019. A perusal of the petition would indicate that the said REA is filed to reduce the market price of the suit property from Rs.25,00,000/- to Rs.20,00,000/-.

4. The learned counsel would submit that after hearing both the parties, the said application was posted for orders on 24.02.2022. Therefore, the above Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the following directions:

After disposal of R.E.A.No.1 of 2019, the District Judge, Namakkal shall proceed with the execution proceedings and shall pass orders on or before 30.04.2022.

5. This direction is subject to the further proceedings that could be undertaken after the disposal of R.E.A.No.1 of 2019.

6. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above lines. No costs.
