2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the complaint came to be closed on 16.11.2018. If the petitioner has grievance over the closure of the complaint, he may fresh complaint for police protection on subsequent cause of action. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
