KARTHICK @ RAJAGOPALAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs PAVITHARA [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the operation made in IA.No.435/2016 in HMOP.No.1470/2015 dated 26/05/2017 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, (in CMP.No.10718/2017)pending disposal of the above CMA.No.1993/2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VINOTH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the respondent the court made the following order:- It is reported that the appellant has complied with the interim order passed by this court dated 13.07.2017 by depositing a sum of Rs.60,000/- to the credit of HMOP.No.1470 of 2015 on the file of Additional Family Court, Coimbatore.

The learned counsel for the Respondent sought permission to withdraw the said amount.

Accordingly, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the said amount of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only).
