the members of 5th respondent's union to forbear from interfering with the ingress and egress of raw materials and finished products, indulging in any Dharna, picketing and obstructions of free ingress and egress, stopping of loyal workers, staff, management, vehicle movement by assembling within 500 metre radius of the petitioner's factory M/s.G.T.P. Granites Ltd., situated at Jagirammapalayam, Mamangam, Salem 636 302, and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to give necessary police protection for the said purpose if the necessity so arises. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
