Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the Respondents.

It is pointed out by the Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents that the concerned authority for receiving the application for electricity connection for the house of the Petitioner is the Assistant Engineer, Alapakkam, Chennai - 600 116 and no such application has been made to him and he is also not made party to the Writ Petition. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the same and workout his remedy for the said relief before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
