O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent Central Information Commissioner directing the writ petitioner to provide the marks secured by the candidates, who had appeared for the written test for departmental promotion.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the mark list obtained by the candidates, who have attended the examination.

3. In the above circumstances, since the marks have been furnished to the second respondent, nothing survives to adjudicate in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance over the marks awarded to him, it is always open to him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
