V.Sujatha ..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st respondent herein, their men and agents from executing the sale deed with respect to the flat bearing Door No.29, 3rd Floor, Sea Breeze Apartments, TNSC Board, Beach Road Kuppam, Singaravelan Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur Village, Chennai 600 041 allotted to late P.B.Vijayakumar vide allotment letter dated 21.01.2004 bearing No.TNSCB/Dn V/Na.Ka.1344/A1/2000 or transfer the said property in favour of the 2nd respondent, her men, agents, representatives or anyone claiming under her pending disposal of petitioner representation dated 19.12.2008. ORDER
Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent from executing sale deed with respect to the flat bearing Door No.29, 3rd Floor, Sea Breeze Apartments, TNSC Board, Beach Road Kuppam, Singaravelan Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur Village, Chennai 600 041 or transfer the said property, in favour of the 2nd respondent, pending disposal of petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2008. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. It is the case of a dispute between the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. The learned counsel for the petitioner reports no instruction and filed a memo dated 13.08.2019 to that effect.
4. According to the learned counsel for the second respondent, the second respondent, who is the wife of the original allottee, is in possession and enjoyment of the property.
5. In the light of the above facts, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
