Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceeding R.C.No.28095/2004(F6) dated 15.09.2004 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to forthwith release the Tanker Lorry of the petitioner bearing Registration No.TN-28-U-0867 to the petitioner pursuant to the order of the 1st respondent in R.C.No.28095/2004(F6) dated 04.09.2004.
