PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to draw the actual center point median line work of proposed 60 feet Thiruvottriyur Road widening from mint and Ernavoor Chennai which runs approximately 100 feet stretch by measuring the center median with regard to the petitioners portion of the property namely Karthic Hospital, bearing TS No.511/1A1A part, Block G, Ward H, having an extent of 980 sq.ft situated at Thiruvottriyur High Road, Chennai - 600 019 in a free and fair manner in accordance with law by following the

principles of natural justice by considering the representation dated 02.01.2012 of the petitioner within a time that may be fixed by this Court.

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to draw the actual center point median line work of proposed 60 feet Thiruvottriyur Road, widening from mint and Ernavoor Chennai which runs approximately 100 feet stretch by measuring the center median with regard to the petitioners portion of the property, namely Karthic Hospital, bearing TS No.511/1A1A part, Block G, Ward H, having an extent of 980 sq.ft situated at Thiruvottriyur High Road, Chennai - 600 019 in a free and fair manner in accordance with law by following the principles of natural justice by considering the representation dated 02.01.2012 of the petitioner within a time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has now been complied with by the respondents and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
