Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Third Respondent herein to receive the Petitioners application for regularization regularizing the Petitioners land bearing Door No. 81/1A, Gangai Street, Balaji Nagar (Roja Thottam), Irumbuliyur, East Tambaram, Chennai - 600 059 to an extent of 1022 square feet comprised in Survey No. 89/1 and 140/2 on payment of land cost fixed in G.O. Ms. No. 565 Revenue dated 26.09.2008.

When it is pointed out by Mr. G.K. Muthukumar, Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the Respondents that in view of G.O. Ms. No. 63, Revenue Department, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

27.01.2020 issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu, the applications which the Petitioners want to receive have become redundant, and they would have make fresh applications in accordance with the aforesaid Governmental Order now in force, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to resort to the same and work out his remedies in that regard. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
