CRIME NUMBER 1647 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Bail condition to appear and sign before the Respondent Police Station at 10.30 a.m., on Tuesdays and Saturdays until further orders as set out in the order dated 12.01.2022 in Crl.Op.NO. 902 of 2022 and pass such orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and thereby render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ABRAHAM PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.902 of 2022, dated 12.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that, Final Report has been filed in the petition mentioned case.

Hence, in view of the above, the condition to appear before the respondent police, is not necessary. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, on 1st working day of every month for the receipt of copy of the case records under Section 207 Cr.P.C. and for further hearings.
