JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The instant intra-Court appeal impugns the order dated 26.02.2015 passed in M.P. No.3 of 2014 in W.P. No. 15220 of 2014. The aforesaid order sought to be impugned in the instant appeal is interim in nature and as such, no adjudication is required. However, if the appellant is aggrieved by the order impugned in this appeal, the appellant is granted liberty to make an application before the learned Single Judge, either for modification of the said order or for considering the main writ petition itself, expeditiously. In the event, an application is made by the appellant for expeditious disposal of the writ petition, we request the learned Single Judge to take up the writ petition and dispose of the same expeditiously.
