The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/Management made a submission that the proposal has already been sent to the competent authorities for consideration as per the directions issued by this Court in order dated 25.09.2014. Thus, no further adjudication is required.

2. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the matter before the competent authorities for passing appropriate orders.
