Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner died on 07.11.2012 and no steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs on record to pursue this writ petition. He has also produced a copy of the death certificate to that effect.
