C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions are filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to survey the lands belonging to the petitioners and to fix boundary stones, pursuant to the representation dated 20.01.2022 made by the petitioners, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioners is that the housing plots were assigned in favour of the petitioners under Harijan Welfare Scheme, however, no steps were taken to survey the plots belonging to the petitioners. Hence, the petitioners made a representation dated 20.01.2022 to the respondent to survey the property and to fix boundary stones for identification of the plots. However, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

3.Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents herein to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioners requesting to survey the subject plots and to fix the boundary stones for identification of the said plots, within the time stipulated by this Court.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate on the above contentions and perused the materials available on record. 5.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 20.01.2022 made by the petitioners on merits, within the period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, these petitions are disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
