This writ petition has been filed to call for records of connected order of the respondent in letter No.A & E 3087/M7 dt. 23.04.2010 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 11.03.2014 stating that the petitioner in the above writ petition does not want to prosecute the case. He also wrote a letter to the Registry, praying for posting the matter for withdrawal.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, no objection is expressed by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent for withdrawing the case by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In the said circumstances, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in the above writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There is no order as to costs.
