O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondent has made a submission based on the instructions that the Mark Sheets, Provisional Certificate were received by the authorised representatives of the Informatics Computer India Ltd., Bhuvaneshwar, on 04.01.2005. The Transfer Cum Conduct certificate has been despatched to the candidate by registered on 14.12.2005.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent made this submission based on the instructions provided by the Director of Distance and Continuing Education, Utkal University. In view of the fact that the certificates were already despatched/ handed over to the writ petitioner, no further adjudication is required in this present writ petition. However, it is made clear that if any grievance exists to the writ petitioner, It is left open to them to approach the competent authorities for the purpose of redressing their grievances.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
