To direct the 3rd and 4th respondent to conduct Survey and fix boundary stones to the property in S.F.No. 126/1B2A (2.0756 Acres) at Somavarampatti Village, Udumalaipet Taluk, Tiruppur District as per the Settlement Deed Doc.No. 901 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 and revenue records by considering petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2025. Mr.D.Ravichander,SGP For R1 to R3 Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal Govt Advocate(Crl.Side) For R4 Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 3 and 4 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his representation dated 22.02.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner had submitted his representation on 22.02.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Mr.Venkatatesa Perumal, learned

Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the fourth respondent. Since no adverse order is being passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents if they are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the fifth respondent as well as any other party whom the second respondent deems it fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the fifth respondent and also to any other party, whom the second respondent deems it fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the third respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by respondents 2 and 3, the fourth respondent shall

render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
