Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the respondent in refusal order (check slip) No.2 and 3 dated 07.06.2013 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondent to register the deed of cancellation presented to petitioner for registration.

The petitioner, aggrieved by the order of the first respondent declining to register the deed of cancellation of sale agreement and issuing refusal order (check slip) No.2 and 3 dated 07.06.2013, has filed the present writ petition. 2.This Court perused the impugned order. In the impugned order it is stated that earlier, the sale agreement was not registered and without registering the sale agreement there is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no question of registering the deed of cancellation of sale agreement, which is perfectly in order. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that for the very same issue, the petitioner has already approached the competent civil Court and obtained decree in his favour.

4.If it is so, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.

5.The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
