Even though the petitioner has objection with regard to the quantum of payment to be made to the employees, during the pendency of these writ petitions, disbursement of the amount was made to the workers on 23.02.2021.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no scope of recovering the money in the event of succeeding in this writ petition. It is a futile exercise to contest the case after making payments.
