The miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to re-open the writ petition in W.P.No.24004 of 2022 which was closed on 08.09.2022 and hear the same and to dispose of the same. 2.There is no provision available to re-open the case. It is functus officio that once order is signed it cannot be re-opened. Even the order can be reviewed only when there is an error which is apparent on the face of the record.
