Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to include the petitioner Teacher Training Institute in the list of Institutes for admission of candidates to the Diploma in Teachers Education course in the counselling under single window system for the Academic year 2004-05 to be held on 08.12.2004 and 30.12.2004 or any other subsequent dates pursuant to the recognition accorded to the petitioner institute by the third respondent NCTE in his proceedings in F.TN-ELE720/SRO/NCTE/2004-05/8306 dated 06.11.2004 and treat the petitioner on par with the other identically placed Teacher Training Institutes.
