Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pending this Writ Petition pursuant to the order made in W.P.No.25701 of 2018, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition is partly granted. However, the petitioner would seek liberty to approach the respondents for the pending monetary benefits in view of the orders passed in his favour.

2.Considering the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
