Rm.Valliappan (Deceased) v. The Official Liquidator

Comp.A.Nos.105 & 106 of 2023 in Comp.A.No.206 & 230 of 2022 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J These two applications are filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased original applicant, Rm.Valliappan, as applicants 2 to 6 in C.A.Nos.206 & 230 of 2022.

2. In order to substantiate the assertion that the applicants are the legal representatives of the late Rm.Valliappan, the death certificate and the legal heirship certificate are enclosed. On examining the same, these applications are liable to be allowed as prayed for.

Consequently, these applications are allowed and the applicant is directed to carry out the amendment in the respective applications on or before 19.07.2023.

A copy of the amended applications shall be served on the other parties within a week thereafter.
