This application has been filed to grant leave to institue the present suit against the properties mentioned in Item Nos.2, 8 and 10 of the suit schedule properties before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

3. Though the schedule 2, 8 and 10 of the plaint schedule properties are situated out side the jurisdiction of this Court, other 8 properties are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and the suit is one for partition, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
