Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.L.P.SHANMUGA SUNDARAM SPL. GOVT. PLEADER (COOP), for the petitioner and of MR.G.SANKARAN Advocate for the 1st respondent the court made the following order:- The deletion petition of this court length of time need not to be considered and of this contention raised in this regard, shall be considered, at the time of final hearing of the writ petition.
