Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that, the Petitioner was transferred to a different Circle, which was questioned in the present Writ Petition and this Court granted an interim order. Subsequently, the Petitioner was transferred within the Circle, as sought for by him.
3. In view of the subsequent development, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
