Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in his representation dated 28.01.2016 and 03.03.2016 and promote the petitioner retrospectively to the post of Depot Manager Grade-I from the post of Depot Manager Grade-II with effect from the day on which the junior of the petitioner by name P.Karuppaiah was promoted to the post of Depot Manager Grade-I in the year 1991 and pay the arrears of salary due to the post of Depot Manager Grade-I with interest from the date of promotion in the year 1991 till date of retirement on 31.05.1997.
