PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue notification of the list of recognized Diploma Level Teacher Training Institute by including the petitioner's institute namely Vickram School of Teacher Training Institute, Srinivas Nagar, Madurai Sivagangai Raod, Enathi, Sivagangai 630 561 for the academic year 2004-05 as per the recognition order issued by the second respondent in F.TN/3682/SRO/NCTE/2004-05/9117 dated 03.12.2004 on par with other similarly recognized institutions for the purpose of admission of students.
