3.The petitioner is the neighbour of the fourth respondent. Alleging that the land has been obtained by using the forged document, the petitioner made a representation on 30.10.2014, to the first and the third respondents. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The petitioner does not have locus standi to seek direction to the respondents 1 and 3. The transaction is simply between R1 to R3 and R4. On the other hand, if the petitioner is of the view that the fourth respondent has committed offence, it is very well open to him to seek appropriate action before the authority concerned, inspite of seeking a direction to the respondents 1to 3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2014. With this above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
