O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's land and make subdivision in respect of lands to an extent of 0.44.5 Hectares comprised in S.Nos.2/2A New sub-division S.No.2/2A6 of Pallipatti Revenue Village situated at Pallipatti Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District with police aid.

2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to them is not necessary and this Writ Petition is disposed of based on the available materials.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property. For the purpose of surveying and demarcating the property, the petitioner filed an application and paid necessary fees to the first respondent on 20.06.2020. Again the petitioner sent a letter dated 30.07.2021 to consider his representation to survey and demarcate the property. However, till date no steps have been taken by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner filed this writ petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2021 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader has no objection for said order being passed.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
