JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by A.SELVAM, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been directed against the order passed in H.M.O.P.No.144 of 2014, by the Family Court, Thiruvallur.

2.The respondent herein, as petitioner, has filed H.M.O.P.No.144 of 2014, on the file of the trial Court, praying to pass a decree of divorce, wherein, the present appellant has been shown as respondent. The trial Court, after considering the available evidence on record, has allowed H.M.O.P.No.144 of 2014 and thereby dissolved the marriage held between the petitioner and respondent. Against the order passed by the trial Court, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been preferred.

3.During pendency of the same, both parties have entered into compromise through Mediation and Conciliation Center and to that effect a joint memo has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is liable to be disposed of in terms of compromise.

In fine this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. Registry is directed to include the terms of compromise in the decree. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
