Office note with regard to the extension of time sought for by the Court below was perused.

2. Considering the reasons stated therein in the request of the Court below for extending the time to dispose C.C.No.103 of 2021, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a period of four months.

3. Accordingly, the time is extended for a further period of four months to dispose C.C.No.103 of 2021.
