(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 28.07.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19174 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the earlier occasion. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus, this Court presumes that the order has been complied with.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
