..Applicant/Petitioners This application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time to execute the personal bond as per Order of this Court dated 24/10/2019.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

This application is filed to extend the time to execute the personal bond as per the order dated 24.10.2019 in O.P.No.541 of 2019.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicants.

3. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that by order dated 24.10.2019, this Court allowed O.P.No.541 of 2019 and directed the petitioners therein to execute the personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-. On account of the fact that the second petitioner in the Original Petition died on 03.01.2020, the applicants were unable to execute the bond within the stipulated period. Accordingly, this application is filed.

4. Upon considering the submissions of the learned counsel and on examining the affidavit in support of this application, I find that the applicants have made out sufficient cause to extend the time.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and time for execution of the bond as per the order dated 24.10.2019 in O.P.No.541 of 2019 is extended by a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
