The criminal revision case has been filed seeking to set aside the 1/3

order dated 11.01.2023 passed in M.P.No.1309 of 2022 in M.C.No.3 of 2022 by the III Additional Family Court, Chennai. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed this revision challenging the interim order passed in the maintenance case, however, during the pendancy of this revision, the main maintenance case itself was disposed of by the Court below on 04.02.2023. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision. 3.In view of the above, this revision is dismissed.
