This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.383 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein to some other agencies and ensure fair investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and a closure report has been filed in RCS.No.44 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No-II, Sathyamangalam. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
