C.M.P.Nos.18247, 18252 & 18255 of 2021 in C.R.P.NPD.No.964 of 2016 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

C.M.P.Nos.18247, 18252 & 18255 of 2021 have been filed to condone the delay of 8 days to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 7th respondent viz., M.Selvam; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 7th respondent; to bring on record the proposed petitioners 20 to 23 herein who are the legal representatives / the surviving legal heirs of the deceased 7th respondent and rank them as respondents 20 to 23 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.Mrs.A.L.Ganthimathi, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 20 to 23 submitted that the respondents 20 to 23 have no objection for ordering C.M.P.No.18247 of 2021.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.18247 of 2021 and in view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 20 to 23, C.M.P.No.18247 of 2021 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.18247 of 2021, C.M.P.Nos.18252 & 18255 of 2021 are also ordered. 4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in C.R.P.NPD.No.964 of 2016 and list the matter on 06.12.2021 for final hearing.
