C.M.P.Nos.3124, 3125, 3126 of 2018 and 22646 of 2019 in A.S.Nos.709, 714, 715, 716, 801 and 817 of 2009 P.T.ASHA, J The above applications C.M.P.Nos.3124, 3125 and 3126 of 2018 have been filed to condone the delay of 1500 days in filing the set aside the abatement petition in respect of the death of the 1st respondent namely Karuppanna Gounder in A.S.No.817 of 2009 and to set aside the abatement petition in respect of the 1st respondent and to bring the proposed 7th and 8th respondents on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent namely Kruppanna Gounder in A.S.No.817 of 2009 and rank them as the respondents 7 and 8 in the appeal respectively.

2.The learned Counsel for the respondents have no objection for the petitions being ordered.

3.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given, these applications are allowed and the delay is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessery amendments and post C.M.P.No.22646 of 2019 along with the first appeal on 02.11.2021. 28.09.2021 gd http://www.judis.nic.in
