This C.M.P. is filed to substitute the newly appointed Muthavalli S.A.Rahim in the place of erstwhile Muthavalli Rahmatulla Khan in the above C.R.P.

2.According to the petitioner, C.R.P.(NPD)No.964 of 2016 is filed by Ahale Sunnathwal Jamath Jogi Madam Majid and Durga Gudiyattam, represented by its duly appointed Muthavalli H.Rahmatulla Khan. The said H.Rahmatulla Khan died on 30.07.2018. On his death, S.A.Rahim was appointed as Muthavalli. Hence, the petitioner filed present C.M.P. to substitute S.A.Rahim in the place of H.Rahmatulla Khan. The petitioner has filed a letter dated 10.12.2019 issued by the 8th respondent stating that in the general body meeting of the petitioner held on 10.08.2018, a new Executive Committee consisting 11 members headed by S.A.Rahim was elected. kj dated 15.09.2021 stating that the extension of tenure of the said Committee is for the period from 13.08.2021 to 12.08.2024. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also produced death certificate of the said H.Rahmattula Khan.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the 8th respondent has also confirmed the two letters filed by the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, this C.M.P. is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main C.R.P. and list the C.R.P. next week.
