(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After hearing the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and take a decision thereon at the earliest. The representation shall be decided preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and in the event it is found that there are illegal encroachments within the temple precincts, as alleged in the representation, immediate steps shall be taken for removal of such encroachments in accordance with law. No costs.
