O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of the respondent dated 11.06.2010 and quash the same and to direct the respondent to provide electricity service connection for supply of Low Tension Energy in SF.No.59/7B, in Form I, dated 03.06.2010 forthwith.

2. On perusal of the impugned order, it is found that the petitioner has applied for fresh electricity connection in SF. No.59/7B and the said application was rejected on the ground that there was a Writ Petition in W.P.No.10980 of 2010 pending before this Court and it appears, subsequently, the Writ Petition was dismissed. Hence, there is no impediment to consider the petitioner's application afresh. Therefore, this Court is inclined to grant liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application before the respondent and on filing such application, the respondent is directed to consider the application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
