Heard the parties through Video Conferencing due to COVID-19 pandemic.

The petitioner/wife has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to withdraw O.S.No.74 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Mudhukulathur filed by the husband seeking dissolution of marriage and transfer the same to the file of the learned District Munsif, Chengalpet.

3. When the matter was called today, both the counsels jointly made a statement that the present Transfer CMP may be allowed. Further, the learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that he has also filed a counter affidavit by giving no objection for allowing the Transfer CMP.

In view of the consent given by both the parties, the O.S.No.74/2018 filed by the respondent-husband seeking dissolution of marriage is withdrawn from the file of learned District Munsif, Mudhukulathur, consequently, transferred to the file of the learned District Munsif, Chengalpet. transfer, learned District Munsif, Chengalpet, shall dispose of the same in the manner known to law as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected CMP.No.3057 of 2020 is closed.
