Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in his Proceedings RC No. JCT/Est/2619/05 dated 8.2.2005 and of the 2nd respondent in his Letter dated 10.02.2005 in concerned with petitioner and direct the 2nd respondent to call for an Annual General Body meeting of the Tamilnadu Police Traffic Wardens Organisation, Greater Chennai Unit, Chennai - 600 007 for the period ended 31.3.2005 place in the audited accounts of the organisation for to elect the office bearers for the next year in a democratic manner.
