ORDER

1.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this contempt petition has been filed against the failure on the part of the respondent to comply with the conditions of the order dated 04.01.2010. However, the order was taken on appeal by the respondents in W.A.No.875 of 2010, which was dismissed by an order dated 10.02.2015.

2. Aggrieved by the same, the respondent thereafter filed S.L.P(C).No.10437 of 2015 which was dismissed by an order dated 20.04.2015.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent thereafter filed review application in Rev.Appl.No.196 of 2015, which came to be disposed recently by an order dated 23.02.2021 by a Division Bench of this Court and therefore submits that nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition.

4. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
