Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent culmination in the impugned GO (3D) No.20 Housing and Urban Development (UD-V) Department dated 18.3.2011, quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the revised plan submitted by the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner really could not put the property to the original use because of commercialization of the whole area and in so far as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the violations of the building are concerned, almost all the violations have been remedied.

2. The aforesaid being the position, we direct the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority to inspect the building within fifteen days from today and verify the aforesaid fact. Needless to say, if the violations have not been remedied, the impugned order will be given effect to.

3. The writ petition is closed. No costs.
