This Court while disposing of the above said Criminal Original Petition on 12.07.2021 directed the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track) Court No.II, Erode to expedite the trial in C.C.No.676 of 2017 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving fair opportunity to both sides.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode through his letter dated 26.03.2022 has prayed for extension of further time to dispose the case in S.T.C.No.676 of 2017, on the file of the Fast Track Court No.II (Judicial Magistrate Level), Erode, since the order passed by this Court dated 12.07.2021 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further three months time to dispose the case in S.T.C.No.676 of 2017, on the file of the Fast Track Court No.II (Judicial Magistrate Level), Erode,

4. Accordingly, this Court granted further three months time to dispose the case in S.T.C.No.676 of 2017, on the file of the Fast Track Court No.II (Judicial Magistrate Level), Erode, in order to comply the order passed by this Court on 12.07.2021.
